The Six Inclusion Domains
Certification covers every dimension of church life, not just the ramp.
- Physical Accessibility: facility audit, ADA standards
- Programmatic Inclusion: all ages and ministries
- Volunteer & Staff Training: hours, screening, support
- Communication Access: captions, large print, loop
- Community & Culture: inclusion statement, committee
- Family Support Systems: buddy programs, respite care
Annual Renewal
CACC credential renews annually. Renewal includes an updated self-assessment, one check-in call, refreshed directory listing, and new digital assets.
No church should be priced out of belonging.
The Jenna Initiative offers partial and full certification scholarships for qualifying congregations under 150 attendees demonstrating financial need. Scholarships are funded entirely by donors and corporate sponsors and do not affect program quality or standards.
